How we handle your data.

ServiceIQ is a sole-trader concept brand based near Bath, Wiltshire. This page explains what we do — and don't — do with your information. We've kept it short because the reality is short.

What we collect

From the marketing site itself, nothing. There are no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags, A/B testing tools, or session replay services.

We only receive personal information when you actively submit it via:

• The owner survey — your responses, plus any name, business name, email or phone you choose to provide. When you submit the survey, your own email application opens with the responses pre-filled — you click Send and the email comes to us directly. Nothing is routed through any third-party form service.
• Email enquiries — anything you send us by email reaches us in the normal way.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies that we control. The only browser storage we use is a single localStorage entry to remember that you've dismissed the privacy banner — this is not a cookie and is never transmitted off your device.

Third parties

One service may receive limited data when you use the site:

• Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com / fonts.gstatic.com) — we load Playfair Display, DM Sans and JetBrains Mono from Google's CDN. When your browser fetches these files, your IP address and basic user-agent information are visible to Google. We do not pass any other personal data. See Google's privacy policy.

How long we keep things

Survey responses are kept for as long as we're considering them useful for product development — at most 24 months. Email correspondence is kept for the duration of any active discussion plus a reasonable archival period (12 months) for our records.

Your rights under UK GDPR

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal data we hold on you
• Correct anything that's wrong
• Delete it
• Stop using it for any specific purpose

Changes to this notice

If we change anything material, we'll bump the date above and re-show the privacy banner so you can see the update.
